Network alteration work is performed to change the location or structure of an existing electricity network, for example, removing cables on a property to make way for a new building.
We need to know the site and a detailed description of how the network needs to be altered. We will send you a written quote. The network alteration work will be performed by our contractor partner and invoiced after the work has been completed.

Delivery period
Once you have returned the signed quote, you should allocate at least 6 weeks for low-voltage network alteration work or a minimum of 2–3 months for medium-voltage network alteration work. The delivery period is calculated on a case-by-case basis during the planning process and included in the quote. The delivery period of a power line transfer depends on the scale of the work, the permit processing times as well as the material acquisitions.
If an electricity pylon requiring alteration work includes a phone line or street light line, please contact the relevant party, e.g. a telephone operator or the municipality.
Pricing
Electricity network alterations are billable work. The alteration work prices start from €805 for low-voltage networks and €1,610 for medium-voltage networks. The price includes, e.g. changing the pylon’s cable stay into a supporting column or moving a pylon a maximum distance of 10 m in the direction of the line. Major work, such as laying cable between several pylons, is priced on a case-by-case basis. The price depends on the scale of the work as well as the voltage of the electricity network.
