We will automatically compensate you for extended power outages.

In order to create a weatherproof electricity network and avoid extended power outages, we are replacing the ageing Finnish electricity network. If your power is cut for more than six hours, we will automatically compensate you for the outage. Our voluntary compensation is 3% of your annual electricity network charge, however a maximum of EUR 350 per year. The compensation will be automatically deducted from your electricity bill.

Elenia Weatherproof comes with a satisfaction guarantee

To ensure your satisfaction with our workmanship, we offer a satisfaction guarantee for the construction of the Elenia Weatherproof network in your neighbourhood. We will keep our work sites safe, tidy and orderly and recycle any waste left over. Once the job is done, we will handle any landscaping required. If you notice an issue or have any concerns regarding the work, please let us know. We will take care of everything as agreed. Extra care for priority groups

We want to ensure that customers with special needs or age- or health-related issues will receive sufficient information in case of a power outage. This is why we provide a 24/7 hotline for assistance and engage in targeted information efforts during exceptional circumstances in electricity distribution. Please let us know if you, your family or friends need special services during extended power outages or advice on how to act during an outage.
