Our code of conduct shapes the guidelines for the way we want people at Elenia to operate. These jointly agreed ethical principles steer our day-to-day decision-making. Key to our good business principles are our aims of being an employer that encourages a bold approach and continuing professional development for its staff, a good, trustworthy partner for our stakeholders, and a responsible actor for society.

Elenia's staff, board and partners undertake to comply with this code of conduct in their work which are evaluated regularly and updated as required.

Elenia's Whistleblowing channel

The purpose of Elenia's Whistleblowing channel is to prevent activities in Elenia Group that violate Elenia's Code of Conduct. Through the Whistleblowing channel, you can express your concerns about activities that you suspect do not comply with the law or Elenia's ethical policies and which could have serious consequences to Elenia, some other organisation or private persons.

Please note that Elenia will not receive customer feedback and complaints related to the service or power outage reports through this Whistleblowing channel. In case of disagreements and similar issues, we encourage you to first contact the person in charge, contact person or supervisor at Elenia who is responsible for the matter to be reported.

The Whistleblowing procedure is technically encrypted and all reports are treated confidentially. Reports can also be made anonymously, in which case the anonymity is ensured throughout the process. The Whistleblowing channel is provided by our third-party partner, WhistleB.

The purpose of the data protection policy is to define the main principles, procedures and responsibilities pertaining to the processing of personal data in Elenia group.

Our operations incorporate an environmental policy that is a key element of sustainable development. In line with its strategy, the company takes safety and the environmental into considerations in all decision-making.
